Centre Street Food Pantry: If you are making a trip to the market, please consider picking up a few items for the Pantry. Items needed are: cereal, beans, tuna, soups and pasta. The Reverend Mark D. W. Edington is our Celebrant and Preacher at the 8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist and 10:00 a.m. Holy Baptism and Eucharist Service, April 27, 2014. Child Care will be provided.

Sunday School News:
Church School will start downstairs at 10 am. We will be coming up early to the service, though, to see the baptism of Olivia and Arya Moore.
Next Sunday starts the Church School’s Haiti Fundraiser. We will be having a bake sale after service through the month of May. Come ready for some delicious treats!
Church School classes are for children aged 3 through grade 6 are held from 10-10:40 a.m., with children joining the service at the Offertory to be with their families for Holy Communion. Our youngest children will be using Godly Play as their curriculum which is a montessori based program. Our older children will be using Feasting On The Word which is a lectionary based curriculum. This Year’s Deanery Confirmation Service is Saturday, May 10th, 10:30 a.m. at Christ Church, Needham, The Right Reverend M. Thomas Shaw, presiding. All are invited to attend in support of our own Christian Goeselt, as well as seven other confirmands from our joint Newton Episcopal Confirmation Class.
Save the Dates: Saturday, May 24th and May 31st : ̶ Spring Work Days, 9 am – 10:30 am. We have many projects inside that need to be done. And, for all our gardeners, Rose Yevich, will organize some planting of bulbs. If you have any free time that morning, please plan to come and lend a hand. More details will be forthcoming.
