From the Altar Guild:

Easter Lilies:  It has been an Eastertime tradition at St. John’s to give donations toward the lilies that adorn our church windows and altar as a way of remembering those who are special to us.  The Altar Guild invites all parishioners to contribute to the Church’s Easter Lilies either “in memory of” or “in thanksgiving for” their loved ones.  Please send or bring your check to the Church Office along with your dedication by Sunday, April 13th.  Thank you

Paschal Candle:  Each Easter the church lights a new Paschal Candle which stands in the front of the church for the Easter season, and is lit for baptisms and other occasions.  This Candle presents a lovely opportunity to give in thanksgiving, or in memory of a loved one.  If you would be interested in donating this year’s Candle, please speak to Kristin Knudson-Groh or to Mark.  Thank you

There will be an Organ Recital featuring our former Music Director, Joseph Fort, at Church of the Advent, Brimmer Street, Boston, next Sunday, March 16th.  The recital begins at 4:30 p.m., preceding Evensong and Benediction which starts at 5:00 p.m.  All are invited!
