Sunday School News:
This Sunday the children will be decorating Thanksgiving Day boxes. This has been a long-standing collaborative activity for the children of St. John’s and Bowen Nursery School. The children of St. John’s creatively decorate the boxes and Bowen fills them with a turkey and all the fixings for three families who would otherwise not be having a Thanksgiving Day meal.
Next Sunday, December 1st, we will be making advent wreaths. Make sure to be here to get ready for the time of Advent!
Christmas Pageant! The Christmas Pageant at St. John’s has been moved from December 15th to the 22nd. Children should come an hour before church to rehearse and we will perform the Pageant for the sermon. If you have any questions, please let Kate McKey-Dunar know at kemckey@gmail.com. Thank you!
Church School classes are for children aged 3 through grade 6 are held from 10-10:40 a.m., with children joining the service at the Offertory to be with their families for Holy Communion.
